Mt Baker and Baker Lake
Ah yes! Summer is here! Soon the snow will be gone from the high places and I'll be trudging to some beautiful lake surrounded by meadows. <sigh> Just the thought of it relaxes me.
These pages will be my attempt at capturing and sharing the beauty of my part of the world with everyone out there on the world wide web. I hope it motivates some of you to go and search out for yourselves the beauty, peace, and perspective the natural world around us offers. I also hope these images will in some way help to create an awareness of how fragile our environment is, of it's importance for both physical and emotional well-being, and a desire to treat it with care.
